JRC Jordan Roofing Co provide Emergency and Insurance Roof Repairs on behalf of domestic and commercial clients all over Scotland.
We are used to working with high volume insurance claims and our staff are professionally qualified. We can work closely with major insurance companies and policyholders to help validate and carry out the required repairs quickly and efficiently.
If you have experienced damage to your roof and require roofing work to be carried out, we can arrange for a Qualified Roofer to visit you as soon as possible to assess the damage. You will receive our Estimate and an Insurance Roof Repairs Report and we can invoice your insurance company direct on completion of the work.
We will set up ladders and scaffolding where necessary to examine the roof, chimney, ridges, hips, valleys, flat roofs, guttering and give a written report on any problems that are found.
We’ll also check your rain water goods, check for moss and we’ll even inspect the attic spaces for possible water damage and ensure a full repair is carried out
The roof insurance survey will normally not comment on the structural integrity of the building as this is the area of a Structural Engineer. However, should a roof surveyor spot an obvious structural defect such as lack of bracing or an obvious roof sag, it will be brought to the customers attention for further assessment.
We cover Strathaven, Stonehouse, Larkhall, Wishaw, Lesmahagow, Hamilton, Lanarkshire, Glasgow and Edinburgh for all repairs and maintenance.
