Step 1.
Call JRC Jordan Roofing Co Ltd to arrange an appointment to give you a written quotation
Step 2.
Once you are happy with our quotation for the work to be carried out. and the materials we will use, then we sign a contract and book a start date, weather dependent.
Step 3.
We will order the materials for your job and arrange delivery once the scaffold is erected.
Step 4.
We will come and do a health and safety/ risk assessment on your property and then we will arrange for scaffold to be erected on your property.
Step 5.
We will arrange for a skip to be dropped off at your property, so we can keep your property clean and tidy.
Step 6.
Our men will then strip your old roof back to the bare rafters, then fit the new OSB Sheets or sarkin, then we will fit a premium waterproof, breathable membrane to make your roof watertight. .
Step 7.
Any leadwork required around chimneys, dormers, parapet walls, valleys or lead skews will be fitted at this stage.
Step 8.
Our men will fix new graded counter battens and tile battens to the roof and fit the new tiles along with the vented dry ridge system and mechanically fixed dry verges. New UPVC fascia and soffits and drainage systems will also be fixed at this stage if this has been chosen as an optional extra. For slate roofs there will is no need to batten the roof as the slates will be nailed to the wooden sarkin boards.
Step 9.
Our men will fit the slates or tiles to your roof along with verges, hips, vented ridges, vented eves, gutter trays and gutters if ordered,
Step 10.
Photographs of the roof will be taken and we will then ask you to fill out a customer key performance indicator sheet so we can monitor the performance of our workers for our quality management system.
Step 11.
We will then clean and clear the site and remove the scaffold. Within the next 4 weeks you will receive your 10 year independently insurance backed guarantee from QANW insurance brokers.
